:::::: Hiring ‘Chief accountant’ ( certificate necessary )

 

- INTERNAL Accounting and manage HR

 

* Responsibilities:

- Manage internal accounting functions and oversee human resources operations

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies, including accurate preparation and filing of tax returns (e.g., income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and other relevant taxes) as per local laws and regulations.

- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Coordinate payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and personnel records management.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals

- Facilitate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews.

- Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory compliance, including tax reporting.

- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position and minimize liabilities.

 

   * Request:

     - Female, graduated from College and University majoring in accounting. ( or related )

     - At least 3 year of experience in a similar position (with knowledge of taxes, insurance, human resources...)

     - Chief accountant ( certificate necessary )

     - Honest, careful, hardworking, agile & progressive spirit.

     - English communication

 

   *  Condition ( can discuss and negotiate )

   Salary: negotiable salary, can communicate in English at work

     - 2 months probation (85% salary)

 

   *  Company support

     - Participate in social insurance according to current legal regulations

     - Lunch is provided at the company kitchen
